Terms of sale and use

We sell the scripts on this site to you directly. Stripe processes the payment, the download is in your account the moment the payment is confirmed, and because of that all sales are final. This page sets out what you buy, what you may do with the code and what we owe you.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are the contract between you and us, the business that runs gtavifivem.com and sells everything offered on this site, identified in full at the bottom of this page. "We" and "us" means that seller, and "you" means the person or the company buying from us or using the site.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe is not a party to the sale: the contract, the delivery, the licence and the support are ours.

By completing a purchase you accept these terms as they stand on the day you buy. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away the rights that the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you.

2. What we sell

We sell server-side resources for FiveM: Lua scripts and their assets, delivered as a downloadable archive (zip, rar or 7z) that contains the full, readable source code. A bundle is several scripts sold together at one price, and buying it adds every script in it to your account. We do not sell client-side modifications, cheats, menus, injectors, account services or anything that changes another player's game without the server owner installing it.

You need your own FiveM server and the frameworks and dependencies listed on the product page. Every product page states which frameworks are supported. Read that section before you buy, and if you are not sure, ask us on the support page first.

3. Your account

Your purchases live in your account on this site. If you are logged in when you check out, the order is added to that account. If you are not, the order is matched to the email address you enter on the Stripe checkout page: when an account with that address already exists, the purchase is added to it, and when none exists we create one for you and email you a link to set your password. One email address means one account.

Keep your login details to yourself - you are responsible for what is done through your account, and it must not be shared so that other people can download what you bought. You can change your name, email address and password under Edit profile in your account, and you can ask us to close the account at any time.

4. Prices, currency and tax

Prices are set by us and shown on each product page in EUR. The price on the product page is the price you pay. No VAT or other tax is added on top at checkout. If a promotion code field is shown on the checkout page, a valid code lowers the price before you pay.

The total on the Stripe checkout page is the amount you pay. There are no shipping costs, handling fees or setup fees, and nothing renews: every purchase is a single, one-time payment. Your bank or card provider may add its own currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees; those are between you and them.

5. Payment and the contract

The Checkout button in your basket opens Stripe's secure checkout page, where you pay with any method Stripe offers there, such as a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card or wallet details go straight to Stripe and never reach this website or us.

Before the checkout can start, you tick the consent statement described in section 9. The same statement is shown again on the Stripe page, next to the button you press to pay. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms your payment.

When the payment is confirmed we email you an order confirmation with what you bought, what you paid and when you gave that consent. Keep it: it is your confirmation of the contract. Stripe may also email you its own payment receipt. If you need an invoice - for example with your company name and VAT number - write to us with your order number and we will send one.

6. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate. Once Stripe confirms the payment, the scripts in your order appear in your account, ready to download, and the page you return to after paying tells you where to find them. Most payments are confirmed within seconds. A few payment methods take longer; in that case the download becomes available as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. There is no physical shipment, no delivery address and no shipping charge.

Downloads are served only to the logged-in account that owns them. You can download your files again whenever you need to. If the order email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then log in - your scripts are in your account whether or not the email reached you.

7. What you may do with the code

When a script is added to your account - by purchase, as a free download, through a linked Tebex purchase or by our support - you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the script, with no end date. The same rules apply to free scripts: you may use and change them, but not redistribute them. Every script ships with its full source code: there is no Cfx escrow, no obfuscation, no licence key and no licence check, and nothing calls back to us while your server runs. It is a licence, not a sale of the copyright - we keep ownership of the code.

You may:

  • Install and run it on FiveM servers that you own or operate, or that are operated for you, for as long as you like.
  • Configure, edit and extend it, and strip out the parts you do not want, for use on those servers.
  • Let a developer or a hosting provider working for you install, configure or change it on those servers.
  • Keep backup copies.

One purchase covers one community or server network - the servers run by the same owner or team under one name, including their development and test servers - unless the product page says otherwise. Running the script for a separate community needs a separate purchase.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, share, give away, publish or leak the files or the source code, in whole or in part, modified or unmodified.
  • Upload them to a public repository, a file host, a leak site, a marketplace or a Discord server that redistributes them.
  • Put our code, or a modified version of it, into a resource that you sell or give to other people.
  • Remove copyright notices or pass the work off as your own.

Breaking these rules ends your licence, and we may close your account and your access to downloads and support. Small FiveM developers stop publishing when their work is leaked, which is the honest reason these rules matter to us.

8. Updates

Updates are free. For as long as we maintain a script, each new version is published to your account at no extra cost, and the download button always gives you the newest version - the changelog says what changed. Only the newest version is offered for download, so keep a copy of any older version you want to stay on.

We decide what goes into an update and when. We may stop maintaining a script, for example when a framework it depends on is abandoned; the version you have keeps working as it did, and it stays yours.

9. All sales are final - no refunds

Everything on this site is digital content that is supplied as soon as your payment is confirmed, so all sales are final and we do not give refunds, including when you change your mind.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right does not apply once supply has begun, if you gave your express prior consent to that, acknowledged that you lose the right, and the seller confirms the contract on a durable medium (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This is how our checkout does that:

  • The checkout does not start until you tick this statement in your basket: "I want my download right away. I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available, so all sales are final and non-refundable."
  • The same statement is shown on the Stripe checkout page, next to the button you press to pay.
  • The statement and the time you accepted it are saved with your order and repeated in the order confirmation email, which we send when the payment is confirmed - the same moment the download becomes available.

Faulty or not as described. None of this affects your statutory rights. If a script is faulty, does not work as its product page describes on a supported setup, or is not what we said it is, tell us and we will fix it or help you get it running. If we cannot bring it into line with what was promised within a reasonable time, the law may entitle you to a price reduction or to end the contract, and nothing on this page takes that away.

Chargebacks and refunded orders. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card provider, the scripts from that order are removed from your account while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided in our favour they come back; if it is not, they stay removed and the licence for them ends. An order we refund in full is removed from your account in the same way.

The refund policy explains all of this in more detail, including what we do instead of refunds.

10. Purchases made on our old Tebex store

Before this shop had its own checkout, our scripts were sold through Tebex, which was the seller for those purchases. They stay valid here:

  • We imported the records of those Tebex payments. When you register or log in here with the email address you used on Tebex, the matching purchases are added to your account automatically.
  • If you paid on Tebex with a different email address, enter your Tebex transaction ID - it starts with tbx- and is in your Tebex receipt email - in your account to claim the purchase. A purchase that is already linked to another account cannot be claimed again; contact us instead.
  • Every script that was part of the Tebex package you bought appears in your account. The names here may differ from the old Tebex package names.
  • Only completed Tebex payments unlock downloads. A Tebex payment that was refunded or charged back unlocks nothing.

The licence you got with your Tebex purchase continues. These terms govern how we deliver those scripts, their updates and support through this site; where they give you more than your original licence, you get the benefit, and they never take away anything that licence allowed. The original payment was made with Tebex under Tebex's terms, and questions about that payment itself stay with Tebex.

11. Support

Support for the code is included with every purchase. We aim to answer within 72 hours and usually answer much faster. Support covers installation, configuration, framework compatibility, bugs and updates for the scripts in your account. It does not include writing custom features or fixing other people's resources, although we will tell you when we can help.

Reach us through the support page or the contact address at the bottom of this page. Include your order number, your framework, the script version and the exact console error - that alone resolves most cases.

12. What we do not promise

What we cannot promise:

  • That a script will work on a server we have never seen, running a framework version or a mix of other resources we have not tested. Compatibility is stated per product, including what is unsupported.
  • That a FiveM or Cfx.re platform update will never break something. When it does, we fix it - that is what updates are for.
  • The uptime or performance of your server, your host, FiveM, Cfx.re, Discord or Stripe.
  • Any particular result for your server, such as player numbers, revenue or retention.

Nothing on this page limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or lost data. Back up your server before you install or update any resource.

13. Using this website

The site is free to browse. Do not attack it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it, try to download files you have not bought, or try to get into anyone else's account. The site text, images and layout are ours. Every newsletter email has a one-click unsubscribe link - see the privacy policy for what we store and why.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy, or buy with the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you.

14. Fair use of support and our community

Leaking our files ends your licence, your support and your place in our community. So does an unjustified chargeback - one raised without contacting us first, on a purchase you carry on using. Disputing a payment you did not make is your right, and so is disputing one when we have not answered you. Access to that order is paused while any dispute is open, as section 9 describes, but a genuine dispute is never held against you beyond that.

15. Trademarks and affiliation

We are an independent developer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Grand Theft Auto, GTA, GTA VI, FiveM, Cfx.re and the other game and platform names used on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear in our shop's name and on this site only to describe the game and the platform our resources are made for. Stripe and Tebex are named only because we use, or used, their services.

Independent third-party developer. Not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or FiveM. GTA, Grand Theft Auto and FiveM are trademarks of their respective owners. The names GTA V, GTA VI (GTA 6), Grand Theft Auto and FiveM are used only to describe compatibility and inspiration. No Rockstar Games or Cfx.re game files, assets, logos or code are included or sold.

What we sell are original FiveM resources - Lua, JavaScript, HTML and CSS code, configuration files, interface assets and documentation - written independently by our team. They run on your own FiveM server for GTA V and require a legitimate copy of GTA V and FiveM, which we do not sell or supply. No Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive game files, extracted assets, models, audio, logos or code are included in any download. The Cfx.re Platform License Agreement recognises that creators can hold their own rights in original content they make for the platform; the copyright in our resources is ours, and your licence to use them is set out in section 6.

16. Changes

We can change these terms - for example when the products change or the law does. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase you have already made; the version that was live when you bought on this site governs that purchase, and Tebex purchases keep their original licence as section 10 explains.

17. Complaints, and the law that applies

Tell us first. Most things that look like a legal problem are a bug or a misunderstanding and are fixed the same day. Write to us through the routes at the bottom of this page and we will answer.

If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a complaint between us, you can also turn to the consumer protection authority or the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body where you live.

If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in applies to you whatever else this page says, and you can always bring a claim there.
